Thank you for participating in Industrial Hemp International (IHI). Please review the information below carefully to ensure a smooth load-in, setup, and event experience.


Exhibitor Load-In & Setup (IMPORTANT)

Exhibitor load-in and booth setup will take place on:

Wednesday, March 25
10:00 am – 5:00 pm

All exhibitors should plan to arrive, unload, and fully set up their booth during this window. Please plan shipping, staffing, and travel accordingly.

Booth Spaces & Included Furnishings

Large Booths

  • 10’ x 20’ booths
  • Assigned to:
    • 1937 International
    • Studio TBD

Standard Booths

  • 6’ deep x 8’ wide
  • Includes:
    • (1) table: 6’ long x 30” wide x 30” high
    • (2) chairs

Double Booths

  • 6’ deep x 16’ wide
  • Includes:
    • (2) tables
    • (4) chairs

Tables & Table Covers

  • Tables are NOT draped
  • Exhibitors must bring their own:
    • Tablecloths, or
    • Fitted table covers

Basic tablecloths are inexpensive and widely available online.
Custom printed table covers typically range $100–$200 per table.

Booth Displays, Banners & Backdrops

Exhibitors are responsible for bringing all display materials needed for their booth, including:

  • Pop-up banners
  • Tabletop displays
  • Product displays
  • Signage and branding elements

Height Restrictions

  • Companies with 6’ x 8’ or 6’ x 16’ booths:
    • No pop-up banners or backdrops taller than 8 feet
  • If you require a display taller than 8 feet, you must contact us in advance for approval

Shipping & Receiving information (IMPORTANT)

All exhibitor materials shipped to the hotel must comply with Hyatt Regency Aurora–Denver Conference Center shipping guidelines.

Shipping Rules

  • Deliveries must be made to the hotel loading dock
  • Receiving hours:
    • Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Packages may arrive up to three (3) days prior to the event
  • Boxes must:
    • Include a complete return address
    • Be clearly labeled
    • Be numbered if shipping multiple boxes

Hotel Handling Fees

(Charged per incoming and per outgoing item)

  • Pallets or oversized items: $200 per pallet
  • Packages under 25 lbs: $5 per box
  • Packages 25 lbs or more: $25 per box
  • Envelopes: $2.50 each

Exhibitors deadline: March 6 (subject to availability)

  • Reserving your room does not charge your card
  • Payment is taken at check-in
