Kim Carter (Oliver) served as the VP for Safe Harbor Safe Harbor Cannabis Banking Program when it launched in January 2015.  The Cannabis Banking Program has withstood the scrutiny of 15 Federal and States examinations and banks. As of January 2019, her focus has shifted from the Colorado cannabis banking program to research and develop MSB, Third-Party Processors and FinTech operations at Safe Harbor Private Banking, for the cannabis industry.  Kim is also researching Crypto Currency.    As of July 1st, 2022 Kim become Partner Colorado’s, VP of Commercial Risk, overseeing the Safe Harbor Financial cannabis programs risk for Partner Colorado Credit Union and also their commercial department. Kim was certified as a Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist through the Credit Union National Association in December 2014
