Luca  joined Cormatex in 2006, a textile machinery manufacturer founded by his grandfather in 1938 and led by his father as company president, where Luca with great passion and energy is leading the research & development department, as well as sales and marketing activities. In 2007 he was responsible for the Cormatex team of engineers who designed an innovative Waste Recycling technology that is driving Cormatex business to a consistent growth during last years. His passion for mechanics and innovation pushed Cormatex to build its own Research Center in 2008 where innovative solutions for waste recycling are continuously developed to fulfill customer needs from all over the world. From 2008 he is also part of the “Young Entrepreneurs Group” within the Industrial Association of Prato and from 2014 a member of PRATOINVEST Board of Directors (a Consortium of companies investing in innovative projects and start-ups in Prato area).
